Trauma-Informed Reintegration Support
A coordinated, trauma-informed return-to-role program supporting employees, students, or athletes returning after injury, illness, psychological stress, burnout, or trauma. This program complements clinical rehabilitation and insurer-supported services by addressing nervous system regulation, emotional readiness, and functional reintegration.

Typical Program Structure
- 4–12 week phased reintegration
- Individualized plans based on role demands
- Progress summaries available to employer/insurer (with consent)
